Elevgum/ Temperoilgum
Vertical elevator belt oil and heat resistant 110/130°C made of 3 or more high-quality polyester / polyamide plies, suitable for the application of metal buckets, even with reduced pitch, by means of bolts with curved washers and similar. It is normally oversized compared to horizontal transport uses in flat with increased covers on the side in contact with the drums for the inclusion of the countersunk heads of the Jackson bolts. Elevgum belts are made drilled to the customer’s design with prior treatment of the holes and with possible joint.
Technical characteristic
Number of plies EP: from 3 to 5.
Rubber covers: both, oil resistant and heat reistant.
Working temperature: -20/+110-130°C.
Remarks: vertical elevator belt suitable for transport of hot and oily material.
