Chevrongum
Rubber belts with top cover profiled with chevron ribs to avoid that the conveyed materials fall back during inclined transport, to prevent loss of capacity. They are available with chevron H15mm for transport inclination 20-25º and chevron H25mm for transport inclination 25-30º. The chevron ribs are integrally vulcanized with the belts.
Technical characteristic
Number of plies EP: from 2 to 4.
Rubber covers: top with chevron ribs and bottom, abrasion resistant.
Top-cover surface type: chevron H15mm or H25mm.
Chevron H15mm: for inclined transport 20-25°.
Chevron H25mm: for inclined transport 25-20°.
Working temperature: -30/+80°C.
Remarks: rubber belt with chevron ribs suitable for inclined transport.
