Breakergum
These belts are produced using 3 or 4 reinforcing EP plies with abrasion resistant rubber covers. The particularity of this type of belts is the presence of a “metallic breaker” (or so called “rip stop”) inside the top cover: it is a special net made of nylon cords longitudinally and steel cables transversally. The metallic breaker is protecting the belt EP reinforcement in case of violent impacts and it is preventing longitudinal cuts due to sharp sharp materials.

Number of plies EP: 3 or 4 + metallic breaker.
Rubber covers: top and bottom, abrasion resistant.
Top-cover surface type: smooth.
Working temperature: -30/+80°C.
Remarks: rubber belt suitable for heavy duties.
